He has experience in financial statement and tax preparation, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, business planning, financial governance, accounting advisory, risk management and investor reporting and communications.

Yunyi has held senior financial management roles in both NZX and ASX listed infrastructure and property groups with operations throughout Asia including China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand.

Yunyi is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand and holds a Master of Commerce in Finance (with First Class Honours) from the University of Auckland.
